They further agree that neither they nor any third party acting on their behalf shall make any claim or demand, directly and/or indirectly, against the website and/or Phoenix Aparthotel and/or its owners and/or its managers and/or any person acting on behalf of Phoenix Aparthotel or Phoenix Aparthotel S.R.L.

3.1. General
3.1.1. The user is authorized to use this website solely for the purpose of booking and purchasing services and/or obtaining information. The website may not be used for any other purpose.
3.1.2. Room reservations at Phoenix Aparthotel can be made by calling the reception at +40 746 333 330 or directly through this website.
3.1.3. Any person making a reservation through this website is required to provide accurate personal details, including their ID or passport number, credit card information, and the names of all accompanying guests.
3.1.4. All reservations made via the website are considered binding.
3.2. Service Purchaser Details
3.2.1. When making a reservation, the user will be required to enter their personal details into the system.
3.2.2. Phoenix Aparthotel, the website owners, operators, managers, and any representatives thereof are not responsible for any error made by the user during the booking process. This includes errors related to the choice of accommodation, dates, number of guests, or any other service selected through the website. Furthermore, Phoenix Aparthotel cannot be held responsible in the event that the reservation is not recorded in the system due to technical or other issues that prevent the user from completing the booking.

4.1. All prices published on the website are in Euro and are valid for all tourists.
4.1.1. All prices include VAT and city tax as required by law.
4.2. Phoenix Aparthotel may alter the conditions for room reservations and/or packages and/or services at any time.
4.3. Phoenix Aparthotel may alter the terms and conditions of the site from time to time without providing the user with advance notice. Phoenix Aparthotel will publish the new terms and conditions on the site and they will take effect from the time of publication.
4.4. Phoenix Aparthotel may close the site, and change, from time to time, its structure, content, and/or appearance, as well as the scope and availability of the services and contents provided on the site, and any other aspect relating to the site and its operation, all without providing the user with advance notice thereof. The user declares that he will have no complaint and/or claim and/or demand against Phoenix Aparthotel in this regard.
4.5. The number of available rooms in Phoenix Aparthotel is limited and all reservations are dependent on the basis of availability.
4.6. No two discounts or special offers may be used in conjunction.
4.7. Room Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-In: 15:00 pm.
Check-Out: 12:00 pm.
Check-in before or check-out after these times will be accepted only with a formal confirmation provided by Phoenix Aparthotel reception.
4.8. Babies and Children:
4.8.1. Definitions: “Baby” – up or equal to the age of 2 years. “Child” from the age of 2 years will be charged as an adult.
4.9. These conditions are governed solely by the laws of Romania. The sole venue of jurisdiction in regard to any matter related to these conditions and to the use of the site is the authorized court in Bucharest, Romania.
4.10. The user is aware that the use of the internet site by its very nature may be subject to technical malfunctions and problems.
5. Cancellation of Reservations
Regular Season and Public holidays (including Easter, Christmas, New Year, etc.), and special events:
5.1 A reservation that is booked with flexible rate can canceled up to 24 hours prior to the arrival date and will not be charged.
5.2 A reservation that was booked with flexible rate and canceled less than 24 days prior to the arrival date will be charged the rate of the first night as a cancellation fees.
5.3 No-show at the Phoenix Aparthotel without prior cancellation will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1. Entrance to Phoenix Aparthotel is allowed for adults aged 18 and above. Minors may enter only when accompanied by an adult.
6.2. Pets are not allowed inside Phoenix Aparthotel or any of its facilities.
6.3. No additional guests may stay at Phoenix Aparthotel beyond the number specified in the original reservation without prior written consent from the aparthotel. This applies to both overnight and daytime visitors and may incur additional charges.
6.4. Smoking is strictly prohibited within Phoenix Aparthotel, except in designated smoking areas.
6.5. Open flames or fire of any kind are not allowed on the premises.
6.6. Phoenix Aparthotel is not liable for personal belongings. No compensation will be provided in case of damage or theft.
6.7. In the event of an official regulatory decision that limits the operation of Phoenix Aparthotel, guests will be informed at least 5 days in advance. Guests will have the option to reschedule their stay or cancel the booking. For prepaid reservations, the full amount will be refunded.
6.8. The images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only and may not exactly represent the actual rooms or facilities.
6.9. All visitors to Phoenix Aparthotel — whether staying guests, guest visitors, suppliers, employees, or others — are subject to the aparthotel’s policies and may be required to present a valid government-issued ID and contact details (phone number and email) at the reception when entering or exiting the building.
6.10. Group reservations must be confirmed by the hotel’s management (e.g., General Manager or Front Desk Manager). Special terms, conditions, or requirements may apply. A group reservation is defined as a booking of 3 or more rooms for the same or overlapping dates, made by the same organizer or members of the same party.
6.11. Guests are requested to respect the peaceful environment of Phoenix Aparthotel. Loud music, parties, or any disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
7. Preservation of Phoenix Aparthotel
7.1. The user undertakes in his name and in the name of other guests accompanying him, to preserve Phoenix Aparthotel and its facilities and not to cause any damage intentionally and/or through negligence to Phoenix Aparthotel and its facilities, including all the items therein.
7.2. The user confirms that in the event of any damage, his above mentioned credit card may be charged for the full amount of the damage.
7.3. Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the room or property during their stay, whether accidental or intentional.
7.4. Phoenix Aparthotel is not responsible for forgotten or lost items. Any items found will be kept for up to 30 days. Shipping can be arranged at the guest's expense upon request.
